Discovering Our Joy

At the heart of our practice lies a commitment to understanding and embracing the rich tapestry of human experience. We believe in harnessing your unique strengths to forge pathways toward personal growth and fulfillment. Our dedicated team is honored to guide you through your journey, turning challenges into opportunities to create joy. Let your story inspire and uplift—because every narrative has the power to transform.

We invite you to express yourself freely, without the confines of jargon or formalities. With millions of voices on the internet, it’s your authentic story that will resonate and shine. If the words don’t echo with your spirit, let’s craft them together until they do.

Welcome! I’m Tierra, a licensed psychological associate with independent practice (LPA-IP) with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenging moments. Through life’s most difficult and challenging moments, I believe there is always the potential to find joy, resilience, and personal growth, even in the smallest of victories.

I believe that no matter where you are, self-reflection, healing, and growth are possible for everyone and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space where my clients can feel empowered on their journey toward well-being.

I integrate a person’s culture, systems theory, and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs into my therapeutic approach, ensuring that each session is uniquely tailored to meet their individual and holistic needs.
