I can provide you with a statement of services so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company independently. Insurance benefits vary in their reimbursement policy for psychological services, some insurance plans will reimburse the entire amount, some reimburse a portion, and some do not reimburse at all. I encourage you to check your specific benefit plan to determine if reimbursement is available and possible out-of-network benefits.
